I am so pleased to announce that I have been award the contract to design and sculpt a life size bronze of African American Fannie Mae Duncan as a public art sculpture for the city of Colorado Springs, Colorado. The work will be installed in front of the Pikes Peak Center for the Performing Arts.
As part of this commission I have agreed to fully document the process from sketch to installation and have created a special edition blog (FMD) on my website in the menu above.
