We understand that purchasing a bronze sculpture is an investment and want to make it affordable to everyone by offering simple payment plans. Purchase and reserve your sculpture with 10% deposit and then choose a payment plan that works for you: several lump sums, monthly payments or quarterly invoices. Upon signing the agreement and receipt of the 10% deposit, I will send you copies of the agreement and a complimentary print of the sculpture to keep. When the sculpture is paid in full, your sculpture will be professionally packed and shipped to you along with a final receipt and a Certificate of Authenticity.
Installment Payment Plan for Kiplinger Pandy Sculptures
A payment plan is similar to a "Layaway" Plan: you pay installments on the item you reserve, and the item is kept by Kiplinger Pandy Sculpture until it is fully paid-for. When a payment plan agreement is determined, contract signed and deposit paid, Kiplinger Pandy Sculptures will reserve your sculpture for you.
The sculpture, along with a Certificate of Authenticity, is shipped upon final payment of the agreement.
No Interest
You pay no interest when you purchase your art via a Payment Plan. A 10% down payment (10 percent of the total price of the sculpture purchased) is required to reserve your work. You can determine your own customized payment plan via e-mail discussions, where you choose the size of the payments and the duration of the plan (up to 12 months).
Pay Via Paypal, Credit Card Or Check/Money Order
You can choose to set up your payment plan via PayPal or by sending monthly check payments or money orders in the mail. If you choose to pay via PayPal, you'll receive monthly invoices with a link to send a payment for the amount due that month. You can also have PayPal generate an eCheck using your bank account information. Alternatively there is check or money order option, where you send your payments via regular mail each month to us.
A bounced check will be charged an additional $25. Two or more bounced checks shall void this contract and the reserved artwork will go back on the market (I will return the payments already made minus the 10% holding deposit.)
Monthly Statement
Each month, after your payment is processed, Kiplinger Pandy Sculptures will e-mail you a statement showing how much you've already paid, and the balance due, so you will always know the status of your Payment Plan.
The Plan Can Be Flexible--But Communication Is Vital
The Payment Plan you agree to is a contract, but it's a flexible contract. You can always make larger payments to get your artwork sooner, or, if you run into unexpected circumstances, we can change your payment plan structure (smaller payments for a couple of months, for instance, however the artwork must be paid in full within 12 months of the start of the contract unless an amended agreement is made). See "Nonpayment and Failure to Communicate" below
Cancellation
If you have signed a payment plan and for some reason, after having made one or more payments, wish to cancel the payment plan and receive a refund on payments already made, you may do so, with the following conditions:
You must notify us immediately so that we can put the art back on the market.
You will forfeit the 10 percent (10%) deposit fee as a service fee and compensation for our having kept the art off the market for that period of time.
Nonpayment And Failure To Communicate
If you can't make a monthly payment, you must contact us as quickly as possible. If we do not receive payment, and we do not hear from you, we will make every effort to contact you to resolve the situation. But if we receive no payment or communication from you for 60 consecutive days, you will be in default, and the payment plan will be terminated. The reserved artwork will go back on the market, and you will forfeit the 10% deposit and the balance plus 10% of any payments already made. The 80% balance of funds already paid above the 10% deposit will be returned to you and the agreement cancelled.
