The standing sketch maquette if finished. This is more detailed than I would normally do for a sketch maquette, but there were a lot of things that needed to be addressed especially regarding the clothing and hat. You can see that the sculpture is about 12” with a bit more with the hat. Now that the pose, the general clothing and hat have been determined I will be using this sketch as the starting point for sculpting the final maquette which will be at 1/4 life size scale or about 18” including heels.
